Your medical provider will need to refer you into the FARMacy WV program located at your medical facility or clinic.

Where does the produce come from that I will receive every week?

Local WV farmers and growers supply the produce which is used to support the FARMacy WV program. Most farms are in or near the county where the medical facility is located.

Is the educational component mandatory to participate in the program?

Yes, we have found that the 6-9 weeks basic nutrition and culinary education provided by the FARMacy WV program is essential for success in lowering A1c and cholesterol levels, weight loss, and for continued control of chronic disease after completion of the program.

Will my provider share my biometric results with me after completing the FARMacy WV program?
